1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Autopilot's website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Service Authorization
2.1 General Authorization
By using our Services, you expressly authorize Autopilot to:
- Act as your authorized agent in managing your travel reservations
- Access, monitor, and modify your travel reservations
- Interface with travel providers on your behalf
- Make changes to your reservations as deemed appropriate by our systems
- Process refunds, credits, and other compensation on your behalf
- Store and use your travel credentials and information
- Execute any necessary documents or agreements with travel providers
2.2 Reservation Modifications
You explicitly authorize Autopilot to:
- Modify your reservations without prior notification
- Cancel and rebook tickets when advantageous
- Process fare adjustments and price drops
- Apply for and collect airline credits
- Update seat assignments and preferences
- Make any other changes consistent with our Services
2.3 Scope of Authorization
This authorization:
- Is valid for all current and future reservations shared with us
- Applies to all aspects of travel reservations
- Extends to all airlines and travel providers
- Includes authority to agree to provider terms on your behalf
- Covers all marketed and future service offerings
3. Service Operation
3.1 Automated Systems
- Our Services operate through automated systems
- Timing and execution of changes are at our discretion
- No guarantee of successful modifications
- No obligation to notify before changes are made
3.2 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate reservation information
- Maintaining valid payment methods
- Reviewing all modifications made
- Complying with airline policies and restrictions
- Maintaining valid travel documents
- Monitoring communication from us and airlines
4. Representations and Warranties
4.1 User Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to grant these authorizations
- Your use of our Services complies with airline policies
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You have necessary travel documents and eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old
4.2 Service Disclaimers
We make no warranties regarding:
- Availability of lower fares
- Success of modification attempts
- Airline acceptance of changes
- Specific savings amounts
- Service availability or reliability
- Third-party services or providers
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 Service Limitations
We are not liable for:
- Airline decisions or policies
- Reservation modification failures
- Missed savings opportunities
- Travel disruptions or changes
- Technical failures or delays
- Third-party actions or omissions
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Lost savings or opportunities
5.2 Damage Cap
Our maximum liability shall not exceed:
- Fees paid for the specific service
- Actual direct damages incurred
- $100 USD, whichever is less
6. User Accounts
6.1 Account Requirements
- Must provide accurate information
- Maintain current payment methods
- Keep credentials secure
- Update information as needed
6.2 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Terms violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Payment issues
- Any other reason at our discretion
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Service Fees
- Fees as specified in our pricing
- Subject to change without notice
- May vary by service type
- Non-refundable unless specified
7.2 Payment Authorization
You authorize us to:
- Charge provided payment methods
- Store payment information
- Process automatic payments
- Collect fees from savings secured
8. Intellectual Property
All Service aspects are our exclusive property, including:
- Software and technology
- Algorithms and processes
- Data and analytics
- Branding and content
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2 Agreement to Arbitrate
YOU AND AUTOPILOT AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, "DISPUTES") WILL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, EXCEPT THAT EACH PARTY RETAINS THE RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO PREVENT THE ACTUAL OR THREATENED INFRINGEMENT, MISAPPROPRIATION, OR VIOLATION OF A PARTY'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU AND AUTOPILOT ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
9.3 Arbitration Rules and Forum
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the "AAA Rules") then in effect. The arbitration will be heard by one arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879.
9.4 Arbitration Location
The arbitration shall be held in Wilmington, Delaware, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
9.5 Arbitration Costs
All filing, administration, and arbitrator fees and expenses shall be paid by you unless otherwise required by law. If you initiate arbitration and your claim is determined to be frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), you agree to reimburse Autopilot for all fees associated with the arbitration that Autopilot paid on your behalf. Each party shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs unless the applicable law provides otherwise. If Autopilot prevails in arbitration, you shall reimburse Autopilot for its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
9.6 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND AUTOPILOT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
9.7 Time Limitation on Claims
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
10. Platform Abuse and Account Termination
10.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to circumvent or manipulate our Services
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional benefits
- Providing false or misleading information
- Accessing the Services through automated means
- Interfering with the proper operation of the Services
- Any other activities we deem improper or abusive
10.2 Enforcement Rights
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
- Monitor all Service usage
- Investigate any suspicious activity
- Disclose information to law enforcement
- Take legal action against violators
- Recover damages and legal costs
10.3 Account Termination and Service Access
Autopilot reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Ban you from creating new accounts
- Restrict your access to all or part of the Services
- Block your IP address or device
- Refuse future registration attempts
- Take any other restrictive measures
Such actions may be taken:
- Immediately and without prior notice
- For any duration (temporary or permanent)
- For any reason or no reason
- Without explanation or justification
- Without liability to you or any third party
10.4 Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, you must:
- Send an email to support@withautopilot.com
- Include your account information
- Verify your identity as requested
- Pay any outstanding fees or charges
Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to:
- Completion of ongoing transactions
- Resolution of any disputes
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Our data retention policies
10.5 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses and rights granted to you terminate immediately
- You must cease all use of the Services
- You forfeit any unused credits or benefits
- You remain liable for all fees incurred
- All sections of these Terms that should survive will survive
11. Communications
11.1 Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications may include:
- Service announcements
- Account notifications
- Marketing messages
- Support responses

- Effective immediately upon posting
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement

- No other representations
13.2 Severability
Invalid provisions shall be:
- Severed from Terms
- Replaced with valid provisions
- Remainder remains in effect
13.3 Assignment
- We may assign these Terms
- You may not assign without our consent
- Terms bind successors and assigns
14. Acknowledgment
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AUTOPILOT.
